Outdoor Events: The Great Lawn, along with its pavilion, is the largest of our event centers, offering over 12,000 square feet of space and accommodating up to 400 guests. 

Indoor Events: At 2,700 square feet, the Wayzata Ballroom is our largest event space, with a capacity of 168 guests.

The largest corporate meeting space we offer is the Presidential Suite, which is a 1,098 square foot deluxe suite that can host up to 20 people and also functions as a private venue.

 

Yes, for guests looking to have a private dining event, we offer the following venues:

Fireside Room: The Hotel Landing’s on-site restaurant, ninetwentyfive. This space is 504 square feet and can accommodate up to 42 guests.

Mezzanine-Level Porches: ninetwentyfive also has two mezzanine-level porches, which can accommodate up to 24 people at approximately 500 square feet

925 Upper Level: For guests looking to host larger dining events, we offer The Upper Level, which is comprised of the Fireside Room, Mezzanine of 925, both Mezzanine Porches and the Living Room. Totalling over 2,200 square feet and hosting party sizes of 190 guests, this is the perfect choice for larger-scale events.
