Guided by National Brand Ambassador Rory Glasgow and ninetwentyfive’s Andrew Avila, this five-course pairing dinner invites guests to experience the distillery’s coastal essence through welcome cocktails and a guided tasting of Sandend, 12-Year, and Portsoy, culminating in the remarkable opportunity to savor the 50- and 51-year-old Serpentine Cask expressions, poured for the first time in Minnesota exclusively for this occasion.
Each chef-crafted course, designed by the ninetwentyfive culinary team, highlights the whisky’s layered notes of fruit, sea breeze, and oak. Together, they create a sensory journey bridging two coastlines, celebrating the harmony of place, patience, and the enduring influence of the sea.
